Many of you know that newborn sessions are my absolute favorite!

Most photographers have something they specialize in, They may dabble in things here or there, but each of us have one main thing that we absolutely LOVE to photograph the most, we SHINE when we photograph these things, You can always tell when a photographers heart is into a certain type of session because it shows.

Mine is definitely Newborns

with a side of family and children.

Every time I get an inquiry about a newborn I get excited for the opportunity. I start gathering my thoughts on how I want to approach the session, what poses I want to do, What props I want to use. And a lot of that has to do with how you answer your questionnaires. 

However I am always confident in my newborn sessions, I always know that I am going to get great shots no matter if I have a sleepy, poseable newborn, or a wide eyed and ready newborn.

This pretty little girl was definitely a sleeper. She Rocked her session

and I ABSOLUTELY loved getting to photograph her and her amazing family.

Emily and her husband are from California, and like many people who move here from the coast,
